The last 8 months have been challenging for everyone, and it's apparent that further challenges may lie ahead. I wanted to start today by thanking our incredible employees for their hard work and dedication through such a difficult period. They've supported our customers as they navigated the crisis and supported each other, as our ways of working have changed radically.
