And with that, I would like to just maybe give you a moment to a quick introduction and you're nine days on the job, but you're obviously been at Avtar for a long time. Nobody expects a strategic overhaul this afternoon, but as you've kind of prepared yourself for the new role, what are some maybe two or three things as you look across the organization that are sort of.
