So we are going to do another fireside chat. I will just start with the questions, kind of broken out by business revenue category here.

So I want to start with the open heart ablation category. So the Society guidelines were changed in early 2017. It's been almost I guess over two years now. So looking back, what do you think the impact has been? And it seems like it's provided a bit of a tailwind and do you think that will continue?
