So good morning, everyone, and welcome to this presentation of Axfood's report for the third quarter.
My name is Klas Balkow. And with me today, I have our CFO, Mr. Anders Lexmon. We know it's a busy reporting day today. So -- but of course, Anders and I, we truly think this report is the most important one for you. But let's now move on to the report, and I ask you to turn to Page #2.
And here we have our agenda. We will guide you through our key ratios for the quarter as well as our financial position. And I would also like to give you brief update on our progress on our strategic agenda, including also a progress update on our new logistics center in BÃ¥lsta outside Stockholm. After that, we will end this conference with a Q&A session as always.
