I'm joined next by Axalta, a global leader in the coatings industry, with a strong focus in mobility, refinish, and aftermarket, building facades and other industrial applications.
We're joined here today by SVP and CFO, Carl Anderson. Carl has been with Axalta for two years as CFO and previously held CFO roles at XPO and Meritor.

Just wanted to maybe kick off. Two weeks ago, we announced a transformational merger between AkzoNobel and Axalta. I think, as we look at this deal, what the combined company is going to be able to be is a very -- it's going to be a powerhouse across the board in all of the end markets we operate.
