I'm pleased to introduce the leadership team behind Arizona Metals. First, Duncan Middlemiss, our President and CEO. Duncan is a seasoned mining executive with a strong track record in operations, project development, and M&A. He has held CEO roles at two established Canadian gold producers and is former Chair of the Ontario Mining Association. He holds a mining engineering degree from Queen's University.

Joining him is Jacques Perron, our Board Chair. Jacques has over 40 years of mining experience and currently serves on the Board of Torex Gold and Franco-Nevada. He has held senior executive roles at multiple mining companies, including Pretium Resources and Thompson Creek Metals. Together, they bring
