Good morning. I'm excited to be here. And it is bluebird time, I guess for the next 15 minutes at least.

So one of things that we've talked about as a company, and really, focused on throughout the history of the company is this concept of recoding. And this is the case for all of us in this field. We really have to change systems. We have to change the way we're developing these therapies, the way that we're delivering these therapies. And that's really where we are as a company right now, not only on the research side, development side, but now having to recode on the commercial side.
