Okay. Folks, the appointed hour has come. Give people a moment to get to their seats. Okay. Thank you. Good morning. It's now 10:30 a.m. and time to begin the annual special meeting of shareholders of Brookfield Asset Management. We're going to dedicate this Annual General Meeting to the Toronto Raptors, the best basketball team in the entire world. And wasn't that a night? Wow. I'm surprised you're all up actually.

My name is Frank McKenna, and as Chair of the Board, it's my pleasure to welcome you to today's meeting and chair this meeting. On behalf of the board and management, I'd like to extend a warm welcome to everyone here today, including those joining us online through our live video webcast.

I will now call the meeting to order and would ask Trust Company Canada by its representatives, Toni Taccogna and Kay Harrison, to act as scrutineers. I will also ask our Corporate Secretary, Justin Beber, in the front row here to act as secretary of today's meeting.
