Thank you very much and welcome everybody to the Brenntag Results Call for the Full-Year 2018. As usual, I am here with my CFO, Georg Müller, and we will walk you through the presentation and afterward answer your questions. I think it has been quite a successful year for our company and we have reached all-time highs for our two most important KPIs, operating gross profit and and operating EBITDA. Those amounted to EUR 2.66 billion which [including FX, suggests] a growth of 7.5%, EBITDA growth was even stronger with 8.4% and [EBITDA at] EUR 826 million in 2018. I'd like to highlight the growth is mainly coming from our organic business development [which includes] people around the world and with various programs and changes instituted this year, we -- during 2018 also
