Dear members, this AGM is being conducted through video conference in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, various circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The company has taken all efforts to enable its shareholders to participate through video conference and vote at the AGM in a seamless manner.
