Thank you very much. Good afternoon, good evening, friends. I think Q3 saw a recovery in global production with chip shortages easing a little bit. I think it's been a very tough environment with a lot of moving parts. And the Board felt that the Q3 performance under such circumstances was much better than what was expected.
