Boot Barn Holdings Inc is a footwear and apparel retailer focusing on western and work-related items. Many customers are employed in the agriculture, oil and gas, manufacturing, or construction industries and are often country and western enthusiasts. The company has several hundred stores in the United States and also sells through its websites, which ship internationally. Most stores are free-standing or in strip centers in the western U.S., including Texas. Boot Barn's products are not meaningfully affected by fashion trends and include both proprietary and national brands. The company has distribution centers in California and Kansas, but suppliers ship most merchandise directly to stores in accordance with automated replenishment programs.
