Full Year 2025 Bouygues SA Earnings Call Transcript
Hello. Good morning. We may as well start now a few seconds ahead of schedule.
We have a little video by way of introduction, but before this, I would like to say a few words about the setting up of our Construction division. More to the point, we are bringing within our group the three businesses involved in construction: Colas, Bouygues Construction, and Bouygues Immobilier. So we decided to have this division because it enables us to generate revenue synergies and it can also boost both the sales and the profitability of our businesses.
We do have some differentiation in governance. At Bouygues Construction, Pascal Minault, who was Chair of the Board and CEO, is now Chair, and Pierre-Ãric Saint-André becomes CEO, Managing Director, as it were. He was in charge of B'timent International. At Colas, we appointed Pascal Minault as Chairman of the Board, and Pierre Vanstoflegatte is now CEO. And at Bouygues Immobilier, as you know, we had already distinguished between the Chair and the CEO; Pascal being the Chair of the Board and
