Great. So let's get started. Good afternoon, everybody, and thanks for joining us at Baird's Global Industrial Conference. I'm Tim Wojs, and I cover residential and commercial building products here at Baird, and we're delighted to have Carrier join us again at the conference.
Carrier is relatively new to the public markets as a stand-alone company, but it's been around for generations and really a leading provider of HVAC, refrigeration and fire and security products particularly to the commercial, residential and transport markets, spun out of UTX a little less than 2 years ago. It's in the process of selling Chubb. So a lot of good things going on here with the portfolio and the company.
