Sure. Yes. So Cerence actually spun out from Nuance Communications 2 years ago. So even though we're a newly -- fairly new minted public company, the company has been around and the technology has been around for several decades now. And so Nuance made a strategic decision to spin us out, and we became a separate independent company back on October 1, 2019. But basically, what Cerence does is we provide a lot of the
