Hi, good morning. We are about ready to start. My name is Bob Brackett. I'm Bernstein's E&P analyst. We are not expecting a fire drill. So if you hear an alarm, take it seriously. The primary exit is straight out in the back of the room. Straight along that hallway, you'll exit on to the elevated Park Avenue and wait for further instructions. If that path is blocked, you'll head left out of the door, follow the hallway down to the escalators which will have stopped, you walk down the escalators and exit on to Park Avenue and again wait for further instructions.
To reintroduce you to the format, this will be a modified fireside chat. What that means is, Bill will come up in a minute and talk for perhaps 10 to 20 minutes. We'll adjourn and then we'll have a conversation. I will ask questions, but I encourage you strongly to ask your own questions. You'll find white cards scattered around the room.
