- The company's net operating revenue for the year is BRL7.4 billion, showing an increase of almost 20% compared to last year.
- MRV achieved a gross margin of 30.7% in Q3 2025, an increase of 0.5 percentage points from Q2 2025 and 4.1 percentage points from Q3 2024.
- The company has a unique platform with a large geographic presence and specialization in the markets it operates, providing a competitive advantage.
- Urba, a subsidiary of MRV, has achieved a turnaround, generating cash and profitability with a high-quality pipeline for future growth.
- There is a gap between production and transfer, with 3,000 units built year-to-date but only 25,000 units transferred, delaying cash generation recovery.
- Delays in regional checks payments affected sales volume, which would have been close to BRL3 billion without these delays.
- The company faced challenges in the transfer of units, particularly in Manaus, which may not be resolved by year-end.
- Despite improvements, the financial result was impacted by lower transfer liabilities and a reduction in financial expenses.
- The company is still working on reducing locations to decrease operational complexity, which could potentially impact gross margins.
