Six Flags Entertainment Corp at Goldman Sachs Lodging, Gaming, Restaurant and Leisure Conference Transcript
Good morning, everyone. We're going to get started. Welcome to Day 2 of the Lodging, Gaming, Restaurant and Leisure Conference. I'm Chris Prykull. For those that don't know me, I cover consumer, retail, supermarkets and leisure here at Goldman Sachs. And we're going to kick things off this morning with Six Flags Entertainment.
To my left, I have Marshall Barber, Chief Financial Officer; and to his left, I have Stephen Purtell, Vice -- Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer.
Just a little bit of background about Six Flags. Over 32 million visitors last year. One of the largest regional amusement park operators in the world. Over the last 2 years, the company has delivered mid-single-digit revenue and EBITDA CAGRs via multiple organic growth initiatives and M&A despite several transitory headwinds, namely weather.
Over its history, the company has built industry-leading margins and generously returned excess cash to shareholders via buyback and a growing dividend.
