Good morning, good afternoon, everyone. I'm Richard Williams, the Head of Investor Relations at Unilever. I'm pleased to welcome you to today's deep dive on Unilever Health & Wellbeing. I'm joined by Fernando Fernandez, the President of Beauty & Wellbeing and Jostein Solheim, the CEO of the Health & Wellbeing business.
