Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. For those of you that don't know me, my name is Michael Stirzaker, and I'm the Chair of Base Resources. I would like to begin by acknowledging the Traditional Owners of the land on which we meet today, the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation and pay my respects to the elders past and present.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Base Resources. This Annual General Meeting is being held as a hybrid meeting, both here in the Subiaco Room at the Vibe Hotel in Western Australia and online via the Lumi software platform. The Lumi software platform allows shareholders, proxy holders and guests to watch a live broadcast of the meeting. Shareholders and proxy holders can also ask questions, both verbally and via the text-based Q&A function and vote online.
