Good morning and thank you for joining. On behalf of Caris Life Sciences and the members of the Board, I am pleased to welcome you to our 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Participating for management today are Luke Power, our CFO; Russ Denton, our GC. Dremeco Seifert of Deloitte, our independent auditor, is also on the line and available to respond to appropriate questions during the Q&A portion of the meeting. The meeting will now officially come to order.
