Carclo PLC Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everybody. Welcome to Carclo's Annual General Meeting. It's now 9:30 AM and as there are more than two members present, I will begin today's proceedings and declare the 2026 AGM open. By way of introduction, my name is Joe Oatley. I'm the company's Non-Executive Chair.
Pleased to welcome those who have joined in person and those who have joined via the Spark Live programme platform virtually. Before we begin, a couple of housekeeping points to mention. Firstly, could I ask everyone to ensure that mobile phones are either switched off or on silent and that no device is being used to record any part of the meeting?
Secondly, I'm advised there are no planned fire alarm tests during the meeting, so if the alarm does sound, please leave the building via the nearest exit, proceed to assembly point outside in the car park.
Today's meeting is being recorded so that shareholders and other stakeholders who cannot be present can listen to it on the company's website in due course.
