I will refer to Carlisle Secured Lending Inc. As the company.
I am Tom Hennigan, President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of the company, and I will chair this meeting.
Mr. Joshua Lefkowitz will serve as the Secretary of the meeting.
We will cover the election of two directors and the ratification of the selection of the company's independent registered public accounting firm.
