Good morning. I'm John Lundgren. On behalf of the board and Visa's management team, it's my pleasure to welcome you to our 2026 annual meeting of shareholders. As the chair, I call the meeting to order. As described in our proxy materials, we are holding a virtual annual meeting of shareholders.
