Okay, I think we're going to get started. I'm Chris Merwin. I cover emerging software here at Goldman Sachs. I'm joined today by Mike Scarpelli, CFO of ServiceNow.

And I also want to mention too I have 2 other people here that you may have never met before: Lisa Banks, who's recently taken over to run IR from Dominic Phillips. Lisa was my VP of FP&A for 4 years. She's just switched over to be our VP of IR and Treasury. And Dom is going to run FP&A. So I just thought you can have a face. You may have heard of her before.

And Kendall Toyne, who we hired about 6 months ago or so, is working in IR as well too. So...
