Good afternoon. Thank you. Welcome to Braemar's FY'25 results presentation. My name is James Gundy's CEO, and I'm with Grant Foley, CFO and CEO. So, congratulations and on that. Just an introduction about myself. I'm sure some of you don't know who I am. I just mentioned the fact that I've been in a shipwrecking space for some 40 years, starting my 30 years, first 10 years at Clark and then moved into a company called ACM.
We successfully IPOed that company in 2006, we eventually to become the CEO of that business. We merged in 2014 with Braemar. I became the CEO of Ship Broking, dropped off the Board, put what you could say, difficult merge together.
