This is the BTG Consulting PLC final results for the year ended 1st of April 2026. As Andy said, I'm Rick Traynor, Executive Chairman. I'm joined by our new Chief Executive Officer, Mark Fry, and Nick Taylor, our Chief Financial Officer, who's been with us for some time and I'm sure you recognise from previous presentations.
If we turn to slide 3, we're very pleased with a good year of progress and delivery against our strategy to build a multi-service line professional services business resilient across the economic cycle.
Strong financial performance ahead of market expectations in the year with revenue of nearly 170 million, EBITDA of 33.3 million and a 7% increase in the dividend of 4.6p.
