Yes. Thanks for joining us today. And we're going to start the presentation on slide 4. Obviously, a lot has happened since our year on the 29th of February, but it's important, not forget that we've seen very strong operational growth before COVID hit. Our London airport now has a partnerships with EasyJet, Ryanair and Wizz, and we started to work with our global logistics customer, and we've strengthened our retail offering and we believe we are well placed to be structural winners following this crisis.

Stobart energy will return to normality sooner, having navigated through the reduced availability of waste wood. As a result of our operational progress during the year, combined underlying EBITDA from our two main operating divisions increased by 36% to GBP32.8 million and group underlying EBITDA increased by 48% to GBP16 million.
