Good morning all and warmly welcome to Complex Group's 3rd quarter presentation.
My name is Rosemary Grison and the new CEO at Complex Group, and with me this morning, I have, our CFO Thomas Rea.

Agenda for today is as usual. We go through the highlights of the quarter of the past quarter, and we will give you an operational update.
