Well, good morning everyone and welcome to our interim results presentation. I'm Ian Burke, interim CEO, and I'm here today with Mike, our CFO.
Mike and I will take you through our H1 results and then take your questions.
There's much ground to cover today in what has been a period of significant change for pets at home.
I'll start with the progress we have made against our strategy, the broad aims of which we believe remain the right ones, then I'll talk about the challenges we have faced and the work we have done in understanding the root causes of our poor retail stores' performance.
