Thank you and good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Richard McCoy. It's 2:30, I started. My name is Richard McCoy, and I'm the Chairman of Chorus. And it's my pleasure to welcome you to this Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Chorus Aviation Inc. And I will act as Chairman of the Meeting.
