Okay. Let's get started. Good morning, everybody. Welcome to the Cigna session. I'm Bob Jones, and I cover the health care supply chain at Goldman Sachs. I'm joined by my colleague, Tyler Graver, who works on the managed care team. I co-cover Cigna with Steve Tanal. We're very pleased to have Cigna here today, as you know, a leading global health services organization here in the U.S.
Joining me on stage, I have Eric Palmer, EVP and CFO; along with Will Mcdowell, who heads up the IR effort at Cigna.
