With us today is the company's CEO, Carlos de Solo; and the company's CFO, Kevin Wirges. Carlos, let's start with you. I mean, obviously, a lot of things going on with CareMax. And maybe, if you can just share with the audience all the moving parts and the balls that you're juggling in the air.

Yeah. Maybe, I'll start with just people not familiar with the story. We founded CareMax in 2011. We saw a really fragmented and disjointed healthcare system, so we went out and set out to build a fully integrated model that really focused on what we call the whole person healthcare model.

And that meant building these one-stop shop models that had all the specialists under one roof and combined wellness and social determinants of health to really improve outcomes for those patients.
