Hey, well, thanks so much for joining our forty-sixth annual healthcare conference. I'm Stacy Ku, part of the biotech team with my colleague Viz Shaw. We're happy to be hosting Santessa with us today. We have Mario Accardi, CEO, and in the crowd, Kristen Shepherd, head of IR. So thanks to you both for being here today. I still remember our first introduction to you as the founder of Orexia. And obviously a tremendous amount of progress, since that moment. So really if we'd open up for some opening remarks, on the progress that we've seen so far and really what are your goals in your transition to CEO?
