We are pleased to deliver another solid quarter driven by continued strong performance in our full-service boutique investment bank, Koenig Company Capital Markets, and has expertise in SPAC and de-SPAC transactions.
Recently, we achieved important milestones across our sponsor SPACs with Columbus Circle Capital II, signing a definitive business combination agreement with Elroy Air, Inc.
