Okay. Thanks, Ryan. Good morning, everyone. I'm going to start off by giving you a brief overview of Cooper-Standard and starting with the -- what we believe are the compelling investment thesis for the company as we sit here midway through 2019.
For those of you that don't know, we are -- we're an automotive supplier. We're based just outside of Detroit. A $3 billion business, primarily Tier 1 automotive business, with an opportunity to diversify, leveraging some materials science that we develop for automotive.
