Hello and welcome to the Cineplex Inc. Annual Meeting. I would now like to turn the meeting over to Phyllis Yaffe, Chair of the Board. Phyllis, please go ahead.
Good morning to our shareholders, guests and employees. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 annual and special meeting of shareholders of Cineplex Inc. My name is Phyllis Yaffe and I am chair of the board of directors of Cineplex. I am pleased to work closely with Cineplex's exceptional management team and to be with you today to preside over this online meeting via webcast.
