Cheniere Energy Partners LP through its wholly-owned subsidiary owns and operates Sabine Pass LNG receiving terminal and Creole Trail Pipeline located in Louisiana.

Cheniere Energy Partners is a master limited partnership engaged in the LNG export business through its Sabine Pass liquefaction/terminal/pipeline facilities in Louisiana. Upon completion in 2016-18, Cheniere will have four LNG liquefaction trains with total capacity of about 18 mtpa. The firm is exploring options for two more trains at Sabine Pass. CQP's general partner is Cheniere Energy Inc., which also indirectly owns about a 47% stake in CQP's LP units through its controlling stake in Cheniere Energy Partners LP Holdings.
