Okay. Next up, we're honored to have with us the Crane Corporation. Crane is based in Stamford, Connecticut. It's a diversified manufacturer of engineered products and operates in 3 segments: Aerospace & Electronics, Process Flow Technologies and Engineered Materials. Joining us today are Rich Maue, CFO; Jay Higgs, President of Aerospace & Electronics; and Jason Feldman, Vice president of Treasury and Investor Relations.
Crane has 60 million shares outstanding. Recently, obviously, did a tax-free separation of the business trades at $90 for a $5.3 billion market cap, $40 million of net debt for a $5.3 billion total enterprise value. We'll start off today with a presentation and then we'll go into Q&A.
