All right. I'd like to introduce Doug Gaylor, President and COO of Crexendo. Welcome.
Thanks, Tina. Thanks, everybody. Thanks for joining us, and excited to tell you a little bit more about Crexendo. So safe harbor statement that you probably seen all day long.
So what does Crexendo do? So to make it really easy to understand, nearly every business in the world has a phone system. And today, it's about 50% on the cloud, and 50% older legacy premise-based telephone equipment. And that 50% that's still the older legacy premise-based equipment, it's not a matter of if they move over to the cloud, it's when they move over to the cloud. And that migration is continuing to happen. And according to Gartner and Frost & Sullivan, a majority of those customers will move over to the cloud over the course of the next four, five years.
So what do we do in that respect? We provide business phone system services, but we also provide the software platform that runs those services. So if
