Dana has been one of our favorite names here for a while as they've been undergoing a transformation really by selling their Off-Highway business and recapitalizing the balance sheet with the proceeds. So Tim, thanks for joining us today to sort of talk more about the story.

I do want to sort of get into the sale of Off-Highway, what new Dana sort of can look like from here.
