Good morning. I am Olu Beck, Chair of the Board of Directors of Denny's Corporation. It is my pleasure to welcome you to this Special Meeting of Stockholders of Denny's Corporation. On behalf of the entire Board, I would like to thank you for your support of the company over the years.
I will now call the meeting to order.
At this time, I would like to introduce you to those members of Denny's management who, in addition to myself, will be addressing the meeting today.
Gail Sharps Myers, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, and Secretary of Denny's. And Kelli F. Valade, the company's Chief Executive Officer, who has been appointed the presiding officer of the meeting.
