Good morning, Stockholders of T3 Defense, Inc. We were here in order to have a Shareholder Meeting. However, given the fact that we were informed yesterday that there was an error in calculating the broker votes received to date.
We have determined that for purposes of clarity as well as transparency, we will postpone the meeting until next Wednesday, June 25 at 12 noon.
We expect to have sufficient votes on the routine and non-routine matters by such time. Thank you for your patience and for your faith in our company. Thank you for joining today, and we hope to have you join next week for the meeting.
