All right. Welcome to afternoon number two and really appreciate everybody coming out to the TD Cowen TMT Conference. My name is Matt Ramsay from the semiconductor team. My colleague and friend, Josh Buchalter, is up here with me. We sort of tag team the work that's done on broad-based semis and auto and industrial semis.

So we're really pleased to have the team from Diodes. Emily, Gurmeet, thank you for making the track from California, and we'll hopefully have a productive conversation. Our team has done quite a lot of work with the Diodes team over the last few years as they've done some acquisitions, invested a lot in capacity during times when the industry was really tight. As many of you know, in semis, during COVID, there was tons of shortage of supply, and they've been in a very unique position to continue to grow the business.
