Good morning everybody. My name is Anthony Hayes, and I will act as Chairman of the special meeting of stockholders. Chris Duval, Doinna Holdings COO will act as secretary of this meeting.
At this time, I would like to call the meeting to order.

Before we begin the formal business of the meeting, I'd like to introduce to you, those of our directors who are present at this meeting.
