Good morning. I am Greg Duncan, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Dogwood Therapeutics Incorporated, and I have been appointed Chairman of today's special meeting of the Stockholders of Dogwood Therapeutics Incorporated.

I now call the meeting formally to order. Angela Walsh, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer of Dogwood, is with us today and will serve as the secretary of today's meeting.

I would also like to introduce Emily White of a Equiniti Trust Company, who has been appointed as the Inspector of Elections for today's meeting. Ms. White has previously taken her oath as Inspector of Elections.
