Thank you for joining our full year 24 results and outlook presentation this morning.

I will be joined today by Kate Harty, who will introduce herself in a bit, but first I wanted to just recap my tenure and role with the company. I was appointed as group Chief Executive Officer 5 months ago in November 204, and I joined Ubiquity in 2020 following the acquisition of my business, Digital Decisions, where I was the founder of.

My previous roles at EbiQI included Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Product Officer, and I hold around 7% of ebiquities issued share capital
