Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Joe Ferra, Interim CEO, President, and CFO of Elevation Oncology. It is a pleasure to welcome you to our Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The meeting is now called to order.

I would also like to introduce the following members of the Board of Directors who are with us this morning: Mike Carruthers, Tim Clackson, Steve Elms, Lori Hu, Colin Walsh. I would also like to introduce our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Valerie Jansen; our Chief Scientific Officer, David Dornan; and our Corporate Secretary, Robert Yang, who will be acting as Inspector of Election for this meeting. I will serve as Chairman of the meeting.
