Good morning and welcome to the IOO 2025 full year results webcast. With me today is Shona Kubal, our Chief Financial Officer, and you have myself, Reese Summerton, who's the co-Chief Executive Officer. We look forward to taking you through these results and the progress that we have made in a very rapid time.
So to move on to slide 2, you would remember that when Dennis and I got involved in IOA, we, set in place a three-stage strategy. And that was, 3, the three steps were 1, cost rationalization. 2, an approach called radical autonomy or decentralization, and then capital and resource allocation.
So how have we done?
