Welcome, everyone, to the annual meeting of Evolus, Inc.
I would now like to turn the meeting over to Vikram Malik, Chairman of the Board of Evolus.
Good morning. Welcome to the Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of Evolus, Inc. I'm Vikram Malik, Chairman of the Board of Evolus, and I will be presiding in this meeting. Present today are our directors, including David Moatazedi, President and CEO; and certain members of management, including Jeff Plumer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary; and Nareg Sagherian, Vice President, Global Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications.
Mr. Plumer will act as Secretary of the meeting, and a representative of Broadridge Financial has been appointed to act as Inspector of Election and has taken their oath earlier today. Representatives from Ernst & Young, our independent registered public accounting firm, are also present at the meeting.
